INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a)The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10years of overall experience in the role of contractor are as furnished below:
i) The Tenderer must have been involved in liquid hydrocarbon cross country underground pipeline construction.
ii) The Tenderer must have an in-house multi-disciplinary Engineering Team to do the design which will be certified by an accredited inspector.
iii) The Tenderer must declare that it is familiar with all the standards of ASME and all the relevant standards of EI and API which will be strictly applied in design, construction and commissioning.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in similar to the work shall be at least 01(one) contract of Installation of minimum 5.0 km long of minimum 8” dia underground liquid hydrocarbon cross country/ jet A-1 pipeline including pipeline operating PLC, SCADA control system on Turnkey Basis successfully completed within the last 10 years with a value of at least Tk. 235million or equivalent USD 2.76 million.
(c)The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 450 million or equivalent USD 5.29 million within the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 240 million or equivalent USD 2.82 million. |
