| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor is 5 (Five) years. • The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service in public sector of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last three (3) years each with a value of at least of Tk 100 (One Hundred) Lac is required. • The required average annual turnover is at least of the amount of Tk 70 (Seventy) Lac over the last three years. • The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer is Tk 70 (Seventy) Lac. • Details of Eligibility & other requirements are mentioned in Tender Documents • The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: The License of Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (Ministry of Labour and Employment) is required. Taking License is mandatory for outsourcing worker supplier (Ref: www.dife.gov.bd). |
