INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of 04 (four) storied RCC frame structure building with pile foundation including sanitary and internal electrification works contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1050.00 Lac (Ten Core Fifty Lac.) in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh which should belong at least 2.5% water supply & sanitary works and 2.5% electrification works respectively. i) in case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be concerned EE, ii) in case of the work done under any Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous organization other than PWD , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1400.00 lac ( Fourteen Core) over the last 05 ( Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250.00 lac ( Two Core Fifty Lac)
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK 1500.00 lac ( Fifteen Core)
6. Tenderer must have Up-to-date Trade License Certificate, up-to-date Income tax certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate
7. Tenderer Must Submit up to date ABC License and supervisory license from the electrical Licensing |
