INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the role of contractor or subcontractor or management contractor.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor is: completion of at least one (1) contract for construction of minimum 20” diameter high pressure (350 psig or above) four (4) kilometer pipeline having minimum one (1) valve station within the last 10 years.
iii) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,60,00,000.00 within the last 3 years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000.00.
v) Attested copy of valid and up to date enlistment certificate under category 1.4 with Petrobangla or any Company of Petrobangla.
vi) The maximum 1 number of arbitrations against the Tenderer over a period 5 years.

The scope of work consists of Installation and Other Services of the Pants and Facilities includes procurement & supply of two (2) Nos. Class 600, 20” OD, API 6D, W/W, Ball Valve, depressurization of 20” OD about 60km pipeline, required nitrogen injection, cold cutting at both sides of valves at Panshail and Kodda Valve Stations & removal, placement & fitting of new valves, welding at both ends of valves, NDT & repair (if any), cleaning, painting, required nitrogen injection, commissioning of 20” OD about 60 km pipeline & transportation of 20” OD valves and excess materials (if any) to Employer’s warehouse at Hatikumrul, Sirajganj. |
