INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA max. no. of
partners in the JV shall not be more than 3 (three) as below:
(a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years
of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management
Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of minimum
10(ten) storied RCC building with 1(one) basement of Tk. 3500 Lakhs (BDT
Three Hundred and Five Thousand Lakhs) in a single contract in
Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last
5 (Five) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover
during last 5(five) years of Tk.10900 Lakhs (BDT Ten Thousand and Nine
Hundred Lakhs).
(d) The minimum amount of liquid Asset or working capital or credit facilities of
the tenderer shall be Tk.2700 Lakhs ( BDT Two Hundred and Seven Hundred
Lakhs) . Only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for
line of credit in the format as specified (Form e- PW3).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 4700 Lakhs(BDT Four Thousand
and Seven Hundred Lakhs).
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent
above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender
Data Sheet of tender documents.
(h) The tenderer must posses Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate,
Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date ABC
category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,
Government of Bangladesh.
i) A Tender security will be required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft or
Bank Guarantee in favour of the Superintending Engineer, Savar PWD Circle |
