INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 2 (two) years.
b) The tenderer must have successful completion experience on supply, installation, testing and commission of AMR meter in a single work order amounting not less than Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lac during the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac over the last three years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 (Sixty) lac
e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate,(iv) Undertaking in prescribed format relating to black listing/debarment in any Govt./semi-Govt/Autonomous body, (v) Valid A, B, C category electrical contractors and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
h) The service provider/ contractor shall obtain and maintain a written technical contract with the principal vendor of installed AMR meter/software provider (Hexing Electrical Co., Ltd., China or any other software provider that supporting the existing/said AMR system) for the contracted period and to be submitted at the time of tender submission.
i) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
j) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and its amendment. |
