INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b)The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 10 (Ten) storied of R.C.C. Frame Structure building construction work with minimum 10 (Ten) storied foundation including civil, sanitary and internal electrification works of Tk. 27 (Twenty Seven) Crore in a single contract within last 5 (five) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 50 (Fifty) crore.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10 (Ten) crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in form PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 32 (Thirty two) crore.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) Tenderers must have at least 01 (one) nos concrete batching plant at site, 01 (One) full sets of steel shutter for Column and 02 (Two) full sets of steel shutter for Slab & Beam Casting works including props/scaffolding.
(h) Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) is not allowed as per direction of Police Head Quarters vide memo no: Estate & Revenue/Bibidh/02-2013/185 Dated: 19/02/2019.
(i) No discount will be applicable on items related to salary allowances as per direction of Police Head Quarters vide memo no: 44.01.0000.043.300-2015/10929 Dated: 12/02/2020.
