INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

ATLEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCED IN CIVIL CONSTRUCTION HAVING VALID RESISTERD LICENCE UPTO 2019-2020 IN ANY GOVERNMENT OR SEMI GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION OF BANGLADESH ARE ELLIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATE IN THE OTM TENDER.
15.1(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
NOTE:1. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website.
2.The start date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactory under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE.
ITT 15.1(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk.9500000
[Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
- “Completion Certificate(s)” issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s) shall be furnished in accordance with following information clearly:
(a) Name of the Work
(b) Name of the Contractor
(c) Location of the Work
(d) Date of Signing the Contract Agreement
(e) Time for Completion of the Work as per Contract Agreement
(f) Value of the Work as per Contract Agreement
(g) Value of the Work after Completion
ITT 16.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12800000 only over the last 05 (Five) years;
NOTE: 1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Payment received Certificates for construction works, issued by relevant Procuring Entity (ies) will be considered as construction turnover.
ITT 16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be 3500000 only.
NOTE: Tenderers shall submit the liquid asset in one or combination of more than one of the following four options. Please also note that in case of joint venture, Lead and individual partners must submit liquid asset individually :
1. Working capital: authenticated by Audit Report not earlier than FY 2018-19. [if the tender submission date is within November than please mention the previous Financial year i.e. FY 2019-20.]
2. Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified.
3. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
4. Bank Balance: authenticated by bank statement with day-end closing balance from any scheduled bank issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
ITT 16.1(d) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk.10000000 only.
The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity
Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)
Where
A= Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years. |
