| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tenderers shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for the performance of the non-Consultant Service under the Contract:
(i) 3(three) years of specific experiences in cleaning services at KPI/Airport/Hospital/Five Star Hotel/ Offices including toilets and minimum 2 (two) lac square feet of floor areas (End user certificate is to be submitted).
(ii) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of services with minimum TK.5.1 Crore under 1(one) contract in the last 3 (three) years
(iii) The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities from Schedule Bank not less than taka 1.7 crore (Document should be submitted)are eligible to participate in the Tender Competition.
(iv) The average annual turnover is TK.2.55 Crore in the best 3 years of last 5 years. |
