INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one) number of similar nature of 03( Three) storied R.C.C framed structure building construction work including Civil, Sanitary works worth not less than Tk. 1500.00( One Thousand Five Hundred) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 2500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working capital/credit facilities/credit line of the tenderer shall be TK. 450.00 (Four Hundred Fifty) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
Special Instructions:
(A) In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based on past performance evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects mentioned in ITT clause no.44.2. |
