INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a. The tenderer/firm shall have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in building construction.
b. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Interior decoration work with civil and sanitary amounting to BDT 2.50 (Two Crore fifty lac) through a single tender/contract during last 3 (three) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 6.25 (Six Crore Twenty five lac) over last 3 (three) years.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 1.50 (One crore fifty lac). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form (PW3-7) uploaded in Particular Specification section.
e. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 3.50 (Three Crore fifty Lac).
f. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
