INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of overall experience(i.e year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
2. Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (three) years specific experience on related services (i.e year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
3. Tenderer shall have local agent authorization of IBM Product in Bangladesh.
4. Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (three) contracts completion certificate on related services with Govt. Organization/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization with a value of at least Tk 1.20 (One Crore Twenty Lac) i.e year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. Tenderer shall have presently running minimum 1 (one) contract on similar activities with Govt. Organization/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization.
6. Tenderer must be profitable for last 2 (two) years as per financial audited report.
7. Tenderer shall have credit line facilities/liquid asset at least Tk. 1.20 (One Crore Twenty Lac) supported by documentary evidence as per tender documents.
8. Tenderer shall comply with other required eligibilities criteria and terms & conditions for the tenderers as stipulated in the TDS and Terms and Conditions of Tender Documents.
9. Tenderers are required to submit price quotation correspond to 100% of the required positions.
