All Bidders from Eligible Source Countries of the Asian Development Bank. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in the bidding:
• Construction Experience: Participation in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 (five) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds USD 11.90 million. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6 (Employer’s Requirements) of the Bidding Document.
• Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 21.80 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 5(five) years.
• Financial Resources: The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of USD 2.74 million.

iii) Extension of 4nos. existing sluice gate 1.20mX1.50m-1vent at Ch.687m, Ch.5175m, Ch.6275m, Ch.10710m and replacement of 2nos. existing damaged sluice gate 1.20mX1.50m-1vent at Ch. 10025m, Ch. 11641m on Rupshi GC - Kanchan GC via Murapara GC road;
