Eligibility As Mentioned in Tender Document
Qualification :
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in site development (land filling) work in Coastal area by sand of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6000 (Six Thousand) Lakh.
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10000 (Ten Thousand) Lakh over the best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) years.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2000 (Two Thousand) Lakh.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 6500 (Six Thousand Five Hundred) Lakh.
