| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Technical Experience: Participation as a contractor, JV partner, or subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 0.9 million. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on the physical size of at least 1 (one) SCADA and Telecommunication project for oil/gas/electricity transmission system on design, engineering, procurement of materials fabrication/ construction/ installation and testing & commissioning (EPC-Turnkey) basis within the last 10 (ten) years as on the date of bid opening with the same nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6: Employer’s Requirements (Volume-1).
• Experience in Key Activities:
1) Design and Engineering of at least 01 (one) Fiber Optic Cable transmission based SCADA/ Microwave transmission based SCADA Project or a composite SCADA project within last 10 (ten) years by the bidder.
2) Fabrication and Installation of at least 01(one) Fiber Optic Cable transmission based SCADA or Microwave transmission based SCADA Project and ancillary facility.
3) Testing and Commissioning of Fiber Optic cable transmission based SCADA or Microwave transmission based SCADA Project and synchronization with existing SCADA System.
• Size of Operation (Average Annual Turnover): Minimum average annual turnover of US $ 2.25 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 05 (Five) years.
