| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a)Participation as contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least Two (2) contracts within the last Five (5)years, each with a value of at least USD 2.35 million, that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Works.
(b) The bidder must have experience under contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last Five (5) years prior to the applications submission deadline.
(c) The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet:
(i) the following cash-flow requirement:
USD $ 0.6 million
(d) Minimum average annual turnover of USD $ 3.6 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last Five (5) years.
(e) The bidder must have a minimum experience in the following key activities: Construction of Public Toilet/ community toilet/ school wash block, drain, water treatment plant/waste composting plant |
