INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 10 (Ten) year's.
(b) Specific Experience: Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number RCC
frame structure building with 02 basement including water supply, sanitation works and
internal electrification works at Govt. /semi Govt. /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
during last 10 (Ten) years, minimum amounting TK. 3000.00 (Three Thousand) Lac, in a
single contract. Last 10 (Ten) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of
IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting
TK. 4000.00 (Four Thousand) Lac, This must be supported by total certified payment
received for contracts in progress or work completed under public sector during last 5 (Five)
years
(d) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be
amounting TK. 600.00 (Six hundred) Lac, Document (Original Copy Only) Map with the
tender and must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in
a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5:
Tender & Contract Form [Form PW3-7].
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 3500.00 (Three Thousand Five Hundred)
Lac.
(f) A B C Categories Electrical and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
