ITT 14.1(b)- The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works in 02 (two) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least BDT 45 (forty five) Crore only.
[Similar experience means experience in construction/rehabilitation of railway track of minimum 5 (five) Km with construction/rehabilitation of bridge/building works]
ITT 15.1(a)- The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least BDT Seventy Seven (77) Crore over the period for best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
ITT 31.1- The required Technical Proposal shall include the following additional information:
i) Detail Work Plan
ii) Detailed Statement of work method
iii) Site Organization Plan
iv) Safety Measures
v) Quality Assurance Plan.
vi) Environment protection Measures
vii) Site Visit Report.
viii) Up to date Trade Licence of Tenderer
ix) Up to date TIN Certificate of Tenderer
x) VAT Registration Certificate of Tenderer
xi) Up to date Electrical ABC and Supervisory License of Tenderer.
xii) Valid ISO Certificate of Tenderer.
