INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A) Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum of general experience 10 years
(B) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in successful completion of at least 1(One) number of building construction of Taka 195.00(One hundred ninety-five) lac in a single contract in Government /semi-Government/Autonomous Organization during last 5(five)years.In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed.
In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer and the same should be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 735.00 ( Seven hundred thirty-five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 153.00 (One hundred fifty three) Lac, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the Submission date.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, VAT Registration Certificate and ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled
Note:
(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. |
