INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 15 (Fifteen) years.
b) The Tenderer must provide documentary evidence of (i) Developing at least 1 (one) successful Water Treatment Plant of Minimum 3 Lac Gallon/Day Capacity with RO system over a period of last 10 (Ten) years. (ii) Minimum 1 (One) years of satisfactory records of performance with total responsibility for all operations including maintenance and management as operator/ Service Oriented Industry/ BOO basis of at least 3 Lac Gallon/Day capacity water treatment Plant with RO system over a period of Last 5 (Five) years. The certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies department/ organization.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) Lacs over the last 5 (five) years which will be based on work completion certificates/Annual audit report. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
d) The required minimum liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1000.00 (One Thousand) Lacs.
e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) Tenderer have to submit:
(i) Up-to-date trade license,
(ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate,
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate,
(iv) Undertaking in prescribed format relating to black listing/debarment in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous body.
g) Other required documents and conditions shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be submitted and fulfilled by the tenderer. |
