INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
(a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on road work amounting not less than Tk. 65.00 Lakhs under single contract during the last 5 (Five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.
(b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 160.00 Lakhs which will be based on work completion certificate. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The period will be best 3 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The required minimum liquid asset is Tk. 100.00 Lakhs.
(d) The minimum capacity shall be 90.00 lakhs.
(e) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(f) Up-to-date Trade license, IncomeTax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate etc.
(g) Other required conditions and documents of this tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
