INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A) Contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of general experience 10 years
(B) Experience in the successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar building construction work including supply, installation, testing & commissioning of minimum 150 KVA substation equipment & 30 KVA Generator in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 800.00 (Eight- hundred) Lac in a single tender. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed.In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer and the same should be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 (One thousand ) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 ( Two hundred) Lac, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the Submission date.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration Certificate.
(F) Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled |
