INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in supplying of Man Powerin public sector as Prime Contractor/ Sub-Contractor/ Management contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
• The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in providing non-consultant service of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ Technology completed over a period of 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least of Taka 125 (One hundred and Twenty-five) lac shall be required.
Contract for providing service will be treated as similar nature.
The service includes supply of man power as mentioned below.
• The required average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 60 (Sixty) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credits line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 20 (Twenty) Lac.
• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay “Vat & Taxes” under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh
