Qualification :
i. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature and complexity successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2000 (Two thousand) lac.
ii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3000 (Three thousand) Lac in the best 5 (Five) years within the last 10 (ten) years.
iii. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 600 (Six hundred) Lac.
iv. The minimum capacity shall be 2200 (Two thousand two hundred) Lac. |
