* During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 5(Five) percent less/above than the Official Estimated price, then it is mandatory to submit Rate Analysis when asked by the Procuring Entity and if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10(Ten) percent less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.
* The Defects Liability Period is 1095 Days.
NB:
* The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
* If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any Tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document. |
