INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
(a) Civil contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in civil work.
(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on similar nature of work in a single work order amounting not less than Tk. 80.00 lac during the last 3 (Three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
(c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 210.00 lac. Construction turn over will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 03 years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.
(d) The required minimum liquid asset is Tk. 35.00 lac.
(e) The required minimum Tender capacity is Tk. 100.00 lac.
(f) Black listed / debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
(h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(i) All other criterion will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and its amendment. |
