| Brief Description of Assignment |

The project has 5 regions comprising of 20 districts, 68 upazilas, 128 cluster offices under 376 unions and 3200 villages are covered under the RELIP. The duration of the assessment shall be 150 days (from inception to final report), Details are mentioned in TOR. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
"1. Interested consultants (firms) must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the assignment. The consultant firm should be experienced and reputed in the field, having at least 10 years experience in End Project Evaluation from nature of project particularly with development organizations.
2. The EoIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following:
• Registration of firm (at least 10 years).
• Availability of key professionals.
• Availability of resources including support services.
• Turnover of the consulting firm evidence of at last 3 years Audit report,
• Experience of the firm(s) in similar task (at least two reports to be submitted.).
• Evidence of the firms bank account.
• Copies of recently completed two reports on End Project Evaluation, especially related to rural and social development.
• Updated VAT and Tax related documents.
3. Interested firm(s) must provide focused information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the services. Short listed firms may be asked to make a presentation of their work at the SDF office on an appointed date. " |

"• Incomplete/partial EoIs will be rejected.
• The firm shall be selected in accordance with World Bank Guidelines for selection of Consultants (February 2025, 6th edition) & PPR-2008.
• Activities of implementing units are given in ToR.
• The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the EoIs or the EoI process at any stage without incurring any liability to the affected firm(s).
