INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main objective of the Market Integration Service is to connect farmers and entrepreneurs with buyers at local, regional, and advanced markets, promote the product, market information, and technology, and connect with advisory services. [See details in Terms of reference (TOR)] |
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a) TIN Certificate
b) Income Tax Certificate (2023-2024)
c) VAT Registration/BIN Certificate
d) Proof of VAT Submission (July 2025)
e) Valid Trade License (2025-2026) with 'Marketing' category included as the Tenderer's business
f) Audit report for the financial year 2023-2024. The last annual turnover must be at least BDT 80 (Eighty) Lakh.
g) The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 25.00 [Twenty-Five Lakh]
h) Latest Financial Solvency Certificate from a scheduled bank.
i) The Tenderer must have at least three (03) years of general experience in commodity/perishable item trading.
j) Specific experience as a supplier to retail chain shops and international retail chain shops. with a total trading value of at least BDT 40 lakh over the last 02 (Two) years, including at least one purchase order (PO) for a single product valued at BDT 10 (Ten) lakh or above.
k) Experience conducting farmers' training programs.
1)Tenderers with experience in export-related activities.
m) A list of staff personnel (MIC, AMIC & MI) as per the package requirements (Upazila- wise), including each staff member's name, father's name, NID/birth certificate. years of experience, and highest academic degree, passing year, education board, roll number & registration number.
n) Tenderers with Export Registration Certificate (ERC).
o) Tenderers with a valid quarantine certificate for exporting perishable items.
p) Joint Venture is not allowed.

Individuals are requested to submit One additional copy along with the original EOI with
necessary documents and INDEX as per General Criteria to the Program office between 9.00 AM. - 5.00 PM if it is submitted before the deadline. The procurement shall be regulated as per PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. For submitting proposal, details and Terms of Reference (TOR) can be obtained from the notice board at www.dam.gov.bd- and PE Office
