| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Scope of Services of the Consultant includes, but not limited to the following: To perform all activities/tasks related to Gender and Gender Based Violence (GBV)/ Sexual Exploitation and Abuse/ Sexual Harassment (SEA/SH) issues; develop and updating of Gender Action Plan, GBV Action Plan, GBV Risk rating/assessment as and when required; Coordinate with other agencies and partners, GBV service providers and other authorities for implementation, monitoring and supervision of Gender and GBV Action Plans in the field . The role further requires the ability to integrate gender-sensitive aspects in the Project activities in close coordination with other key staff of the PIU and other activities mentioned in TOR |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Gender Studies, or Social Sciences or equivalent.
Experience: At least 12 years of general experience of which minimum 8 years’ in activities related to social development and social safeguards of infrastructure projects as described in the “Scope of the Services” preferably in the World Bank or similar financiers’ funded project.
