2. Registration Certificate of the firm.
3. Up to date Trade License.
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Tax Identification Number (TIN).
6. Brochure of the consulting firm summarizing their area of expertise.
7. Overall diversified experience of the firm.
8. Bank Solvency Certificate.
9. Availability of appropriate professionals (List of relevant professional staff, their qualification & area of expertise to be furnished).
10. The firm should have minimum 20 (twenty) years of overall experience in the field of architectural and engineering design and supervision consultancy services.
11. The firm should have completed minimum 08 storied Hospital/Medical College/University building for specific experience of Design & Supervision or Construction Supervision in a single contract within last 10 (ten) years.
12. The firm should have completed Hospital /Medical College/University Design and Supervision or Construction Supervision with contract price at least
TK 100 (One hundred) Lac in a single contract within last 10 (ten) years.
13. The firm should have completed Design and Supervision or Construction Supervision work of a minimum 300-Bed hospital within last 10 (ten) years.

Duration of the Service: It Should be harmonic and compliance with the stipulated time for the project to be completed.
i) Consultant will be selected in accordance with PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 and public Procurement Procedures issued by GOB with its updated amendment.
ii) EOI shall be submitted in sealed envelope, delivered to the address above (mentioned as Place of Submission).
