| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1.1'he assignment of the consulting services is to review the prelii'nirrary and
detailed structural designs, drawings, technical specifications etc, as per the
Employer's Requirements, cost control, quality control, construction
management, supervision, certifications of bills, environmentai anci sociai
nranagement, monitoring, completion certification etc, of supporting,
infrastructure proiects for CEIZ. The major components of the projects are 1.
RoadslBridge/Culverts, 2. Water reservoir (20204Cum1, 3. Central Effluent
Treatment Plant(25MLD), 4. Substations (33/11KV), 5.LNG based gas supply,6.
Multipurpose Jetty (20,000 DWT), 7. Solid Waste Collection Station, 8, Boundary
Wall.9. Other Ancillary works of CEIZ.
2. The Proiect will be implemented under EPC Contract.

The Consultant shall submit following up-to-date and valid docurnents:
i. Certificate of incorporation, ii. VAT Registration Certificate, iii lncome 'Iax
Certificate, iv. Trade License, v. JV Agreement or Letter of lntent for JV Agreement (if applicable) (i) The Firm must have at least 15 (Fifteen) years of General Experience in
Consulting Services.
(ii) The Firm must have specific experience in providing Project Management
Consultancy services for at least one similar (as mentioned in Sl.no.15)
construction project successfully completed with a minimum project value of
BDT 2500 million, during the last 10 years.The Firm must submit a Brochure containing available facilities and core areas of
professional expertise relevant to the assignment -particularly those involving
design and project management of such multi-component prolect. The
submission must ciearly demonstrate the availability of appropriately qualified
and experienced personnel along with the logistical resources to ensure
successful delivery of the assignrnent.The required Average Annual Consultancy Turnover shall be greater than BDT
20.00 million over the last 3(Three) years. The duration of the Consultancy Service is expected to be 48 (Forty-Eight)
Months,Application of EOI must include the following documents:
l.Company Profile with details of available resource persons, managerial
capacity, physical facilities, and other capacities.
2. Proof document of General Experience.
3. Proof document of Specific Experience.
4.Financial Capacities (Average Annual Turnover of Last Three Years).
