-The interested individual consultant should submit expression of interest (EOI) for his/ her preferred position only through ADB’s Consultant Management System (cms.adb.org) through the above-mentioned reference numbers providing requisite information and documentation demonstrating that he/she has necessary qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the Services which are detailed in Terms of Reference (TOR) in the CMS.
-The consultants shall have to submit their EOIs electronically through the ADB CMS by 11:59 PM (Manila local time) on 4 May 2025. For technical inquiries/assistance on access to CMS, the interested consultants may seek advice by emailing to the following email address: cmshelp@adb.org.
