Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, Public Relations, Film & Television Studies, Public Policy, or other relevant subjects in the field of social science or creative arts.
Experience:
He/she will have 10 years of experience in media and communications of which at least 5 years of specific experience in providing advisory services in communications, social awareness and citizen engagement in development projects;
Specific experience in preparing TOR, REOI, RFP and contract documents in communications and related activities;
The incumbent needs to have practical experiences in dealing with government functionaries, understand government system, correspondence and effective liaison with field-level government officers in the administration, service contract management;
He/she must have proven experiences in writing high quality communication products, including press releases, briefing notes, content for a variety of communication and media outlets/channels

Track records of networking/ effective and appropriate correspondence with development partners, local private sector, media, civil society, financial institutions, business associations, and international platforms;
Understanding and Experience of managing social and new media, websites and writing blogs; producing messages, press releases, newsletters, brochures, etc. for different media platforms in both English and Bangla;
Sound knowledge in public opinion and communication-based research including setting research, survey indicators and questionnaires.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
