| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The local people of the adjacent areas of the Sundarbans are dependent on the resources (fish, crab, Honey, Golpata etc.) of the Sundarbans. Permissions given by Forest Department to extract the resources of the Sundarbans through Manual Permits System. This permit system needs to be automated. Additionally to prepare a database and digital Identity Cards (ID card) of the beneficiaries of the Sundarban. Other details are available in the Terms of Reference (ToR) of the assignment. |

• The firm must have valid documents, eg. (a) valid Government registration (b) Updated Valid Trade License, (c) VAT Registration (d) TIN Certificate with update Income Tax Return Certificate, (e) Bank Solvency Certificate, (f) Last 3 Year’s Audit Report, (g) JV agreement/letter of intent (if applicable).
• The Firm should have minimum 8 years of experience in software design, development, application, data management, and maintenance. In last 5 years at least 3 (three) projects on digitalization/automation service under government /semi- government/autonomous organizations where all the design, development, implementation, and maintenance support services were successfully completed. |

• Interested firm must provide documents (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, capacity, logistics etc. in support of their experience and qualifications demonstrating that they are fully qualified to perform the services) along with the EoI.
• Interested Firms are requested to submit their EoI in a sealed envelope and externally marked title of the Service and must be on or before the specified date and time.
• Only Short Listed Firms will be allowed to submit RFP (Request for Proposal). The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment is available in the website: https://forestwest.khulna.gov.bd or may be collected from the office of the procuring Entity inviting EoI. |
