| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Description of assignment including Terms of Reference (ToR) for National Individual Consultant [Technology Management Specialist, Procurement Specialist and IT Consultant (Software Architect)] and The Standard Request for Application (SRFA) for the positions will be found at EBLICT Website (https://www.eblict.gov.bd) and BCC Website (https://www.bcc.gov.bd). It may also be collected from the Project office during the office hours. |

Technology Management Specialist [Package no- SD6(E)] [Nos.-01]:
(a) Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university.
(b) At least 2 (two) years of experience of which 1 (one) year in the field of ICT.
(c) Experience in design and development of ICT products will have preference.
(d) Experience in similar position will get preference.
(e) Experience may be relaxed in the case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements.
(f) Experience in Govt. Similar project will be given preference.
Procurement Specialist [Package no.- SD3(B)] [Nos.-01]:
(a) BSc. Engineering or Masters in Economics/Statistics/Finance/Business Administration/Law/ Management or other relevant subject.
(b) At least 06 (Six) years of work experience in capacity of procurement specialist/contract administrator/buyer or equivalent position including a minimum of 3 (three) years in relevant public procurement.
(c) Working knowledge on PPA 2006 and PPR 2008.
(d) Experience in the preparation of bidding documents/Request for proposal for procuring of goods, works or service as well as equivalent of the same.
(e) Certification in ICT i.e. Post Graduate Diploma in Information Communication Technology or similar will be given preference.
(f) Experience in Govt. Similar project will be given preference.
IT Consultant (Software Architect) [Package no.- SD2(2)A] [Nos.-01]:
(a) Bachelor in Computer Science /Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university.
(b) Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the field of software development of which 2 (two) years in Technical Lead or similar position.
(c) Extensive experience in providing solutions in the areas of customized application development, mobile solutions, and cloud solutions.
(d) Proven experience in translating business requirements into functioning architecture.
(e) Experience in large scale software development project will get preference.
(f) Experience may be relaxed in case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements.
(g) Experience in Govt. Similar project will be given preference |
