| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
A Highway Police Training Centre will be constructed under the project at Shibchar, Madaripur. The consultant will prepare detail design, estimate etc of the center and will supervise construction works. Expected date for commencement of the services is January 2025 and the tentative duration of the entire assignment is about 36 (Thirty Six) months.

The EoI short listing criteria are:
a. Age of firm: Applicants are requested to submit detail of registration, tax identification etc. Should be at least five years old.
b. Experience: Experience of design and supervision of training centers or similar building campus, which construction cost was more than BDT 35 Crore in last five years.
c. Key-expert: Qualification of key-expert. Long-term commitment of experts with the firm is preferred.
d. Establishment of firm: own office, permanent staff and experts, logistics etc
Applicants are requested to submit supporting documents in support of the above-mentioned criteria.
* The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the Section III, Para 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrows, July 2016 and updated in November 2020,” setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
