| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Assignment shall include but not limited to:
i) Soil Test and Survey Works for Construction of 10 storied commercial building (including one basement), 1 (One) Mosque, 1 (One) Utility Building for Sub-Station and Generator and 1(One) Sewage Treatment Plant under Coxs Bazar Development Authority Residential Flat project-1.
ii) Preparation of Detail Architectural Design, Structural Design, Plumbing Design, Electro-Mechanical Design, Water Supply and Sanitation Design, Internal and External Electrification Design, Fire Fighting System Design Engineering Estimate, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical Specifications and Tender Documents for Construction of 10 storied commercial building (including one basement), 1 (One) Mosque, 1 (One) Utility Building for Sub-Station and Generator and 1(One) Sewage Treatment Plant under Coxs Bazar Development Authority Residential Flat project-1
iii) The consulting firm will provide supervision services for Construction of 10 storied commercial building (including one basement), 1 (One) Mosque, 1 (One) Utility Building for Sub-Station and Generator and 1(One) Sewage Treatment Plant and Remaining Works of Construction of 4 Nos 15 Storied with 1-Level Basement Residential Building under Coxs Bazar Development Authority Residential Flat project-1 |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

i) The firm should be registered for consultancy service:
ii) At least 15 (Fifteen) years firm experience in the field of Architectural Design, Engineering Design and Construction Supervision related consultancy.
(Work Completion Certificate from government/semi-government/state owned organization/Private Sector should be enclosed)
iii) Specific Design And Drawing Experience In At Least 01 (One) No 10 (Ten) Storied Commercial Building + 02 (Two) Basements And 01 (One) No 10 (Ten) Storied Residential Building + 01 (One) Basement In The Last 05 (Five) Years, In Any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, Or Private Sector.
iv) An audit report of the previous 03 (three) years is required. The firm must have a yearly turnover of at least Tk. 1.5 Crore (One Crore Fifty Lakhs) for a minimum of one year. (Summery sheet of Turnover statement and year wise Audited financial reports of the firm should be enclosed).
v) The Technical Personnel Of The Firm Must Meet The Requirements As Per The Terms Of Reference (ToR). The Terms of Reference (ToR) will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) sent to the consulting firm selected for the shortlist.
vi) A Brochure of the consultancy firm containing details such year of formation, list of completed assignments along with completion certificates, list of ongoing assignments.
vii) The Firm must submit updated Trade License, TIN, BIN, Tax Certificates. |
