| Brief Description of Assignment |

LOT-1: 2D Seismic Positioning/Topo Survey Consultants/Experts Services [Assignments: Trouble shooting of Seismic Survey hardware & Software; Run the survey operation for line scouting, static baseline survey and processing; Satellite Image Analysis, RTK & Total Station survey as well as post-processing survey operation using topo survey related industry standard international software like Trimble Business Center, GPSeismic and/or Leica Infinity Software & Survey Accessories;] - Maximum 0.5 (Half) Man-Month. The Project authority will have the right to reduce or extend the Man-Month in accordance with the scope of services.
LOT-2: 2D Seismic data Acquisition & Processing System Maintenance and IT Consultants/ Experts Services [Assignments: Standard Calibration of Acquisition System (Sercel 428Lite, 508XL and 508Lite unit) to ensure optimal data quality, testing & Maintenance service (TMS), Set up Repair Workshop & supervise maintenance of equipment as FDU, CX/FT, GT/ SMT, NAS functionality check & maintenance, Optical Fiber handling & maintenance, Communication System (Controller, Blaster, Radio etc.) and 2D Seismic Processing System related IT Support on Windows or Linux based workstation or server] – Maximum 1 (One) Man-Month. The Project authority will have the right to reduce or extend the Man-Month in accordance with the scope of services.
LOT-3: 2D Seismic Field Design and Processing & QC Consultants/Experts Services [Assignments: 2D Seismic Data Acquisition Parameter Optimization in foredeep area where energy loss and amplitude decay are common, Field data QC on all aspects for desired quality data, Field supervision, Field processing up to brute stack etc. using Geoland V 5.0.3 and/or Relevant Line Design, QC & Field Processing Industry Standard Software]- Maximum 0.5 (half) Man-Month. The Project authority will have the right to reduce or extend the Man-Month in accordance with the scope of services.
LOT-4: 2D Seismic data Processing Consultants/Experts Services [Assignments: 2352 LKM. 2D seismic data Processing from Data loading to PSTM & PSDM, Data conditioning for AVO and Inversion Analysis using the software under the project procurement (GeoEast, CNPC V4.1 and Geovation V1.2 processing software) as well as trouble shooting of software and server system and seismic data management] – Maximum 7 (Seven) Man-Month; The Project authority will have the right to reduce or extend the Man-Month in accordance with the scope of services.
LOT-5: 2D Seismic data Interpretation Consultants/ Experts Services [Assignments: (i) 2D seismic Data Interpretation, (ii) Sequence Stratigraphic Interpretation, (iii) Petrophysical Analysis, (iv) Rock physics modeling, AVO & Inversion, and Seismic Pore Pressure Modelling, (v) Petroleum System Modelling (1D, 2D & 3D), (vi) Prospect Generation, Evaluation, Hydrocarbon charge risk assessment and finally well proposal using the software under the project procurement (Petrel, 2023, Petromod 2023 and Hampson-Russell 10.3); Selected firm should be capable of trouble shooting in software and server system and seismic data management]- Maximum 7 (Seven) Man-Month; The Project authority will have the right to reduce or extend the Man-Month in accordance with the scope of services. |

Interested Consulting firm(s) are invited to furnish following information indicating that they are qualified to perform the required services.
a)Year of registration of the firm; b). Background of the firm; c). Their facilities and area of expertise (in brief); d). Description of similar assignment of above services in last 5 years; e). Appropriate professional qualification & experience (in brief); f). Administrative strength; g). Temporary software license providing capability; h) Financial Capacity; i). Last 02 (two) year’s Audit Report; j) In case of joint venture copy of joint venture agreement;
The Consulting firm should have full competent staff, which have to be capable of working with BAPEX’s existing above-mentioned Lots. Consulting firms must have the provision of providing support on Trouble shooting & Temporary software license to run the project smoothly.
Special Note: (i) Prospective Firm can submit EOI for single or multiple LOT. Each LOT will be evaluated separately. Contract will be done separately for each LOT. Contract will be awarded to the firm having maximum points in QCBS for individual lot. The detail Terms of Reference will be discussed in the pre-bid meeting.
Consultancy Firm should responsible for BIDA (Bangladesh Investment Development Authority) or any other clearance for individual consultant to work in Bangladesh (After Contract awarded)
(ii) The Consultants/Experts of the selected firm should have to work in Field site during Seismic Data Acquisition (Lot-1, 2 & 3) and Processing and interpretation works (Lot-4 & Lot-5) at BAPEX Head office, Dhaka, Bangladesh. During work on-job the Consultants/Experts must have to provide training to assigned Client’s Officials. Consultants will use of BAPEX hardware and software. In order to complete workload as per scope of services, consultants should have temporary licence facilities of mentioned softwares described in different lots. |
