INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
v Prepare detailed architectural plan & 3D model, engineering design, drawings, BOQ etc
v Ensuring vetting of those engineering design & drawings from the Design Unit of LGED HQ and approval from competent authorities.
v Ensure full time onsite supervision of construction works maintaining the quality and quantity of works
v Carryout the task maintaining close co-ordination with executing agency LGED under the guidance of Project Director

v Trade licence, Income Tex, Vat Registration Certificate of the firm must be up to date
v Average Annual Financial Turn over for the last 03(Three) financial years should be mentioned subject to verification of financial audit report
v The firm should have permanent office and management set up(adequate skilled manpower and necessary support materials) for essential services in Dhaka
v 10 years general experience of the firm(s) in providing consulting services
v Experience of providing services in assignment of similar nature and complexity in the last 5 (five) years indicating details of consultancy contracts executed i.e. description of services, duration of the services, name of the client, value of each contract
v Staffing and logistics of the firm
v Availability of key expert
v All relevant institutional documents containing relevant data such as experience, resources, professional manpower & ability to provide services
v In case of joint venture, the firm shall provide documentation in support of joint venture
v Firms previously black listed by any project/organization of GoB are not required to submit proposal

For this package, firms will be short-listed. The short-listed firms will be subsequently requested to submit its technical & financial proposal in separate envelopes. The interested firm has to implement the task as per the approved Terms of Reference(ToR). Interested firms are requested to submit their Expressions of Interest(EOI)(Total 03 sets one orginal & Two sets photocopy) on or before 19.03.2024 upto 12.00 PM in sealed envelope delivered to the Project Director of SSAMCDTUSD Project under to the following address and submitted EOIs will be opened at 12.30 PM on the same day (19.03.2024) |
