INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Implementation of internal training programs at places in Dhaka/outside Dhaka designated by the authorities;
Communicate with the Project Director, Deputy Project Director or designated officer appropriately regarding to approve training implementation plan which will brief through power point presentation before conducting training;
Taking necessary actions to complete all the activities (venue, accommodation, emergency medical services, transportation, food supply, field visit, security and honorarium etc.) to facilitate the training programs;
Facilitate to prepare the standard as well as easy understanding training modules for conducting internal training programs;
The training provider will assess the knowledge level of the trainees through pre-& post-test;
A pictorial report must be submitted to the Project Authority within seven (07) days of the completion of each batch of training highlighting the overall aspects of the training undertaken. The report shall include details of performance evaluation of the participants along with any barriers/obstacles in conducting the training;
Any other matters as may be prescribed by the Authority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Trade license, Income Tax and VAT Registration Certificate of the firm must be up to date (Fiscal Year: 2022-2023);
Annual turnover for the last 03 financial years should be mentioned subject to verification of financial audit report with the financial solvency (minimum capital of BDT 30.00 lakhs in bank) of the firm;
The firm should have permanent office and management set-up (adequate skilled manpower and necessary support materials) for essential services in Dhaka;
Minimum 5 (five) years of practical experience in event management and conducting local training programs under various Ministries/Divisions/ Departments/Autonomous Bodies;
All relevant institutional documents containing relevant data such as experience, resources, professional manpower and ability to provide services etc.;
Experience to organize training program under GoB will be given preference;
In case of Joint venture, the firms shall provide documentation in support of joint venture;
Firms previously blacklisted by any project/organization of GOB are not required to submit proposals. |

For this package, firms will be short-listed. The short-listed firms will be subsequently requested to submit its Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The consulting firm has to implement the training as per the prescribed Terms of Reference (ToR) which will be found in RFP.
Interested firms shall obtain further information from the Project Office in any working day before the closing date. Interested firms are requested to submit their expressions of interest (EOI) (Total 7 sets: one original copy and 6 sets photocopy) on or before 29.02.2024 up to 2:30 PM in sealed envelope delivered to the Project Director of CEEPRM&ESI (1st Revised) Project under to the following address and submitted EOIs will be opened at 3:00 PM on the same day (29.02.2024). |
