the Services will include: (1) Conduct Inception Workshop and share the creative ideas and concepts of all products with detailed Media Plan, (2) Production of television commercial (TVC) of 5-minutes and 1-minute duration, (3) Production and distribution of social and behavior change (SBCC) materials comprising of posters and leaflets, (4) Collect approval from the Lifestyle and Health Education and Promotion (L&HEP) Authorities and the Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Technical Committee of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) for the TVC and other SBCC materials where required, (5) Installation of 12 Electronic Digital Billboards at the 12 facilities, and (6) Organize a Completion Workshop and share the completion report with all the produced materials. |
