The service includes but not limited to:
• Identify and finalize Employers Requirements;
• Preparation of Bidding Documents for the Project; and
• Preparation of Rough cost estimates and BoQ |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

i) Minimum 15 (fifteen) years of general experience in the role of Consulting Firm from its years of incorporation (in case of JV, each member shall meet the requirement).
ii) Minimum 10 (ten) years specific experience and 2(Two) similar assignments within the last 10(ten) years under consultancy contract related to preparation of international bidding and contract documents in the role of Prime Consultant (In case of JV the lead partner must have at least 1(one) similar assignment). |
