| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objective of this assignment (Procurement Specialist) is to lead and coordinate, as a core member of the PMU, DPHE, all aspects relevant to the procurement management of the project, in accordance with the provisions of the legal agreements (ADB’s Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and ADB’s Procurement Regulations (2017, as amended from time to time) and other entities) prevailing and relevant procurement rules and regulations of GoB. The engagement of the Procurement Specialist is to establish and manage procurement system (involving works, goods and services) within PMU for the investment component of the CHT-IRUWSSP. |
