Model: 1250AC-681, Serial No.: 1161,
Manufacturer: CANRIG Drilling Technology Ltd, USA.
Objectives:
BAPEX looking for qualified Companies interested to provide CANRIG Top Drive Service Engineer.
The scope of work for service engineer includes but is not limited to as under:
a) Perform maintenance and repair job on specified Top Drive and report tothe field engineer.
b) Perform Fault finding, troubleshooting and diagnose of VFD & PLC System of Top Drive system as required for smooth drilling operation.
c) Shall provide for preventive, routine and non-routine maintenance and forthe repair of PLC. VFD, industrial Communication, Hydraulic System and related equipment of the Top Drive.
d) Supervise the Electrical System, Mechanical System, and Communication System. Hydraulic System and related peripherals of the top drive during drilling. Ifneeded replace devices as per condition and recommendation.
e) The Service Engineer should bring one laptop with adequate Software,PLC to PC communication cable, Inverter to PC communication cable andother related accessories as required to repair, maintenance and programming ofPLC & VFD System of Canrig Top Drive of Model-1250AC-681, Serial No: 1161.
f) Check the present stock of spare parts and consumables & Make a reliable list of spare parts and consumables.
g) During service period, the professional will stay in well site 24 hour and train up the BAPEX Engineers.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

-Top Drive Service Engineer:
a) At least 5 years of prior work experience in Canrig VFD Top Drive servicing and maintenance.
b) Shall be capable of Faults findings, Troubleshooting, Repairing, Servicing and programming of PLC and VFD system.
-Service Provider:
a) The participants must have experience on providing Engineering Services. The participants should submit the evidence of experience with his offer.
b) The service provider should provide at least 3 (three) Curriculum Vitae for Top Drive Service Engineers. All are must be employees of CANRIG Drilling Technology Ltd., USA and currently working on CANRIG Top Drive.
c) The Service Provider should be committed and prompt to provide Engineering Services in Time. They have to coordinate and cooperate with BAPEX for smooth Service.

The BAPEX invites this Expression of Interest (EOI) from all eligible service providers to provide Top Drive Engineering Services. The Service Provider must have:
a) The Service Engineer must have Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
b) Demonstrated knowledge and experience in PLC, VFD, EtherNet/IP, Proflbus. Modbus. DeviceNet. Control Net Network Communication and Hydraulic System.
c) The Professionals should be capable of English speaking and writing.
d) The Service Provider shall have authorization letter from CANRIG Drilling Technology Ltd. to prove they are authentic & capable to carry out the project.
e) Authorization letter from CANRIG Drilling Technology Ltd.
f) Strong Administrative and Financial capacity to carry out the project.
