| Brief Description of Assignment |

Software and Hardware Quality Testing & Certification (SHQTC) Center of BCC do various tasting of developed/purchased/imported software and hardware in the public and private sector of the country. To automate the whole processes (user registration, user approval, test plan & tracking, agreement signing, testing fee payment, e-sign integration, certificate verification, report generation, etc.) of these testing, an automated web application will be introduced in the SHQTC Center of BCC. The SHQTC Management Application will leverage online technology and automation to streamline the operations, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. |

Company that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance:
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having valid & up-to-date Trade License (2022-2023), E-TIN Certificate, E-VAT Certificate & updated TAX clearance certificate (2021-2022).
2. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in developments software and related services. The year will be counted backward from the date of publication of this notice.
3. Needs to have 20 (Twenty) full time experienced human resources to carry out this project (List and CV of the HR must be submitted with EOI).
4. Needs to have 5 (Five) years working experiences with Government agency in recent, must provide Work Orders, Agreement or Completion Certificate
5. The firm must have practical experience of developing & managing at least one (01) large system development worth BDT 50 Lakh in the last 05 years with Government agency, must provide Work Orders, Agreement or Completion Certificate.
6. Must have minimum BDT 1 Crore turnover validated by audit report continued for last 3 years.
7. Must be a BASIS Member
8. Must have ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 Certification
