| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The scope of the Consultancy services primarily include.
Development of principles and long-term vision; and preparation of strategy focusing on the wide range of scientific studies with academic implications.
To provide governance, quality control, supervision, and validation for the establishment of new laboratory and data storage facilities.
To identify and prepare specifications of technical components and research software for procurement to establish the facility according to the requirement of project peronnel.
To provide detailed design, work packages required for implementation and collaborate with vendors as required by project peronnel.
Provide consultancy service to ensure that the lab and the management process comply with all relevant laws, policies and regulations.
Capability assessment and mentoring of researchers and staffs and assisting design experiments and pipeline development. |

Proof of Legal establishment of the firm i.e., Trade License, VAT certificate, Tax Identification number certificate, etc.
Brief description of the technical experts to be assigned for the project and provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the assigned services and availability of appropriate professionals among staff etc.
Consultants withMSc/PhDwith demonstrable experience in Bioinformatics/Computational Ccience. Consultants with research papers in international proceedings/journals will be given preference.
Consultants with BSc degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Science with 5 years of experience in Lab Design, Equipment Setup, designing Infrastructure solutions in public and private sectors. |
