INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
|
| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. To prepare standard Expression of Interest (Eol), Terms of References (TOR) for procuring national and international consultants in required fields.
2. To assist the project authority in preparing standard tender document (STD) for procuring goods, works and services.
3. To assist evaluation committee if needed and to prepare draft contract document for procuring goods, works and services.
4. To check and verify tender documents prepared by consultants for procuring goods, works & services in light with prevailing Rules and Regulations.
5. To assist acceptance committee by certifying that works/services under the contract is completed as per approved specifications and terms & conditions of contract and to suggest project authority regarding payment.
6. Any other related works, services as per instruction of the project authority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. At least Master Degree in any Subject/B.Sc. Engineering Degree.
2. At least 10 years general experience in Related field.
3. At least 05 years specific experience in National/International Procurement.
4. Clear knowledge in PPA 2006 & PPR2008.
5. Experience in preparing at least 5(five) International Tender Documents.
6. Should have Computer Skills and proficiency in English & Bangla language |

1. Interested applicants are requested to submit their EOI in accordance with the provide information as per the format provided in Standard Request for Application(SRFA) indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (complete CV in Prescribed form with other details as applicable).
2. Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) along with SRFA will be obtained from the websites: www.novotheatre.gov.bd or from the office of the under signed during the office hours.
3. The applicant shall submit supporting documents in favor of their experience and qualifications along with SRFA.
4. Expression of interest (EOI) shall be submitted in person/post mail/courier service by 12.00 PM on 07-11-2023 in sealed envelope delivered to Project Director and be clearly marked EOI for Procurement Consultant (National).
5. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Expression of Interests (EOI) without assigning any reason. |
