| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct in-depth monitoring of ongoing project according to approved Terms of References (ToR). The objective of this assignment is to conduct in-depth monitoring of the project titled “Fourth Primary Education Development Program (PEDP4) (1st Revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with the project authority, concerned ministry/division, agencies and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created and how the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society is benefitted due to the establishment. The consulting firm will also identify the limitations, challenges, shortfalls or any other issues during and after the project implementation. Based on the findings, the recommendations made by the consulting farm would be an evidence-based guideline to direct in project selection, preparation and implementation of similar nature projects in the future. |
