14. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: Bachelors degree in agriculture, agribusiness, social science or any other related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in working with farmers via farmer field schools, common interest groups, producer groups etc. Willingness to travel frequently across project geographies in the targeted region. Good communication, reporting and presentation skills in English. Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills in Bangla. |

15. Other details: Under the guidance of SAAO and UAO, the FO Facilitators will ensure on-ground project activities relating to Farmer Organizations in the relevant sub-national geography of BCRL Project. The consultants are expected to undertake the activities (scope of services) mentioned in the TOR in order to achieve the stated objectives. Under this consultancy travels are being envisaged. However, travels necessary for the exigencies of services to achieve the desired objectives, may be undertaken but with prior permission of the NPD and in such cases only the actual costs will be reimbursement.
The deliverables will be submitted in electronic and hardcopy form on time by the consultant to the NPD, BCRL, Dhaka Bangladesh.
