| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

"• - Minimum five (5) years' experience in public practice in Bangladesh.
- Registered and in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAM)
- Consulting firm should submit updated Trade License (at least 2022-23), VAT, Tax pay (at least 2022-23) and others certificate.
- Having experience in auditing of decentralized public sector bodies, and of the public sector financial management environment is desirable.
- Having experience of working in a rural environment and with the rules and regulations for Upazilas, or past audit experience of Local Government Institutions, is desirable.
-Availability of appropriate experience and professional qualifications among applicant's staff and resources to carry out the assignment.
-Brochure summarizing their facilities, areas of the expertise and general information including legal documents.
-Administrative strength, logistic and financial capability (last 3 years audit report)
-The satisfactory completion of providing of similar services of minimum a contract of BD 70.00 (seventy) lacs in last three (03) years.
-Audit firm should submit Bank Solvency Certificate from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh capability (last 3 years audit report)
• The satisfactory completion of providing of similar services of minimum BDT Ninety (90) lacs in last three (03) years.
• Audit firm should submit Bank Solvency Certificate from any Scheduled Bank of Banglades
